Once you get off the Skytrain, head north towards the mountains. Stop in at JJ bean and grab a chocolate chip cookie (or a Krispie raisin), grab a quick shot of espresso.
If you wanted to spend a bit more time (or need a second coffee), head up to Prado for another drink and some people watching on the corner.
You can pop into Audiopile or Canterbury Tales if you want to take a look, but if time is really limited, keep walking down to Mintage.
In Mintage, you will find some amazing vintage clothing, from t-shirts, to vintage dresses, cowboy boots to running vests. An amazing spot to just walk around even if you're not shopping.
